Chief Idea Maker : Andrew Bass
Andrew has spent two decades working at his craft and founded his own boutique studio in 2007 providing Fortune 500-styled visual strategies for small to mid-size businesses and not-for-profits that are simple and direct. That experience was gained when Andrew worked and led various art departments of corporations like Earl G. Graves, Essence Communications, McGraw-Hill, CMP Media and Nielsen Business Media, formerly named VNU. He earned his BFA in Communications Design from Pratt Institute. He’s a member of AIGA, Society of Publication Designers, Organization of Black Designers, SPARK and the Freelancers Union. He is also an adjunct instructor at New York City College of Technology and is active in the AIGA Mentor program.

A cast of characters, literally, who help to inspire and motivate. Supporting a crew of 12˝ to 19˝ comic characters takes a heap of commitment since they physically can’t do research nor sketch out a logo. However, they do provide an unwavering environment of creative thought. Besides, they might be worth a heap of money one day.
